Nova Commerce
A headless commerce storefront and admin suite for a lifestyle retailer, with inventory, orders and a lightning-fast Blade + Alpine frontend.
About this project
Nova Commerce needed to replace a slow, plugin-heavy storefront. I rebuilt the platform on Laravel with a normalized MySQL schema, cached catalog queries, and a custom admin panel for products, orders and promotions. The result: 2.1s largest contentful paint, 99.9% uptime and a checkout flow that lifted conversions by 18%.
